For our client from the financial sector, we are looking for a DevOps Team Lead who will be responsible for the development and maintenance of IT environments and supporting development teams in the areas of DevOps and infrastructure.

Main responsibilities:

• Managing and maintaining Linux environments, particularly Red Hat.
• Ensuring the stability of test and production environments.
• Developing and maintaining monitoring solutions using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Automating processes using Python and Bash/Shell.
• Working with Docker and container technologies.
• Collaborating with development and QA teams.
• Troubleshooting and supporting incident resolution.
• Contributing to the development of CI/CD processes and infrastructure.
• Supporting the team and coordinating activities within the DevOps area.

Dla naszego klienta z sektora finansowego poszukujemy DevOps Team Leada, który będzie odpowiedzialny za rozwój i utrzymanie środowisk IT oraz wsparcie zespołów developerskich w obszarze DevOps i infrastruktury.

Główne obowiązki :

• Zarządzanie i utrzymanie środowisk Linux, w szczególności Red Hat.
• Zapewnienie stabilności środowisk testowych i produkcyjnych.
• Rozwój oraz utrzymanie monitoringu z wykorzystaniem Prometheus i Grafana.
• Automatyzacja procesów przy użyciu Pythona oraz Bash/Shell.
• Praca z Dockerem i technologiami kontenerowymi.
• Współpraca z zespołami developerskimi i QA.
• Diagnozowanie problemów oraz wsparcie w rozwiązywaniu incydentów.
• Udział w rozwoju procesów CI/CD i infrastruktury.
• Wsparcie zespołu oraz koordynowanie działań w obszarze DevOps.

Kluczowe wymagania : 

• Doświadczenie w pracy jako DevOps Engineer, Senior DevOps Engineer, System Administrator, Linux Administrator lub SRE.
• Bardzo dobra znajomości Linux/RHEL.
• Doświadczenia z Prometheus i Grafana.
• ZnajomośćPythona i/lub Bash/Shell.
• Praktyczna znajomość Dockera.
• Doświadczenie z procesami CI/CD.
• Umiejętności analitycznego rozwiązywania problemów.
• Doświadczenia w pracy z zespołami technicznymi oraz gotowości do pełnienia roli liderskiej.

Mile widziane

• Kubernetes.
• AWS, Azure lub inna chmura.
• Ansible, Terraform lub inne narzędzia Infrastructure as Code.
• Doświadczenie w sektorze bankowym, finansowym lub fintech.
• Znajomość rozwiązań związanych z AI/GPT.

Key requirements:

• Experience working as a DevOps Engineer, Senior DevOps Engineer, System Administrator, Linux Administrator, or SRE.
• Very good knowledge of Linux/RHEL.
• Experience with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Knowledge of Python and/or Bash/Shell.
• Practical knowledge of Docker.
• Experience with CI/CD processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with technical teams and willingness to take on a leadership role.

Nice to have:

• Kubernetes.
• AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
• Ansible, Terraform, or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Experience in the banking, financial, or fintech sector.
• Knowledge of solutions related to AI/GPT.
